This section of the web site gives you general data on what you should know before using applications. It shows you the workings of the keyboard, the mouse and the basic operations for your floppy disks and of Windows. Furthermore, there are three pages that show you how to insert charts, organization charts and various objects into your documents.

You should never neglect security or viruses. The security page demonstrates what can happen when one neglects it. This error can very be expensive. There are cases on malpractices and misdeeds on the Internet. You should not forget that most of the security problems come from inside of the company and not from the outside.
