Purpose of the Survey
This survey is a part of a PhD research conducted at the University of Quebec at Montreal

Online brokerage is growing rapidly. The main purpose of this research is to examine the impact of Website Features on Customer’s Loyalty to an online broker.

Your help is crucial and your responses are important to the execution of this research project. Your opinion will help professionals in the brokerage securities industry to progress and improve the quality of their online service to better serve you.
