Registration period

Someone will be available at the registration desk most of the time but general registration will be carried on June 28th and July 3rd in the morning (08h00 to 14h00), and the day prior to the conference, Friday June 27th 10h30 to 12h30 and 14h00 to 17h00. We will be waiting for you next to the conference room DS-R150.

Thematic diners

Thematics dinners are a great occasion to enjoy a fine meal while discussing a cognitive science topic that interests you. However, they will be very loosely organized on our part. Every morning, we will post a sheet on the bulletin board at the entrance of the seminar room. Those interested in attending that night’s thematic dinner should write their name as quickly as possible since the number of places is limited. The theme of the dinner will be the same as the day’s topic (see program). We will place a reservation to a good but not too pricy restaurant (around $20 for the meal – we want students to be able to attend) and print Google map directions for everyone whose name appears on the list. Should there be many inscriptions for one dinner, we will do our best to find a restaurant that can accommodate all. If we can’t find one, we will apply a “first come, first served policy.” Should there be too few inscriptions, that night’s dinner will be cancelled. Cancellations, if any, will be posted on the bulletin board. Please, do write your name on the sheet only if you intend to attend as reservations in your name will be booked.

Computer access

The area will be covered by a wi-fi network. For those without a wi-fi enabled computer, the École des sciences de la gestion will allow access to their computer labs. On week days and business hours, the access is in room DS-M900, at any other time, you may access the room DS-M985. Both labs are at metro level, right below the conference room (the most straightforward way to them is by using the lifts).

Login and passwords will be given upon arrival.
