Comme nous le voyons ailleurs dans le cours d'histoire de la psychologie, il existe diverses marques de l'institutionnalisation d'une discipline intellectuelle.
La première est la création d'une ou de plusieurs associations disciplinaires qui rassemblent les personnes ou chercheurs intéressés au domaine de la discipline.
Après cela, vient la création de périodiques qui relient les membres entre eux, les informent (newsletter) et publient le résultat de leurs travaux (revues scientifiques).
Enfin, vient la création de cours ou, mieux, de programmes de formation spécialisée dans l'apprentissage de la discipline.

Il existe enfin une (nouvelle) revue française d'histoire de la psychologie qui, de plus, est publiée sur Internet.

PROGRAMMES DE FORMATION UNIVERSITAIRE

Beaucoup d'universités à travers la planète donne une formation en psychologie, souvent dans un programme spécialisé de premier cycle ou de cycles supérieurs où elles offrent divers champs de spécialisation.

Il existe, à ma connaissance, trois programmes de formation doctorale en histoire de la psychologie.
